We are a full-service Event Management and Public Relations firm.  Since our inception in early 2005, we have successfully produced high profile galas, award ceremonies, corporate events, conferences and multi-day festivals for thousands.   We manage all details pertaining to the production of an event, including but not limited to special theme development; branding of the event (including development of all collateral material and event website); scouting locations; securing vendors; creating budgets and day-of event supervision.  The firm is led by Erika Wirkkala who along with her team –experts in design, public relations and project management – create some of the most successful, talked about events in town.   Our driving mantra has always been to listen to our clients, work closely with them to understand their vision and successfully create an event that is more than just an event, but a truly memorable experience. 

To us, cool, stylish, creative and edgy event ideas are just part of the equation.  Our team members are the ultimate project managers and always work within – or under – budgets, always meet deadlines and consistently keep clients informed of all aspects pertaining the planning of their event.  

Equally important is our Public Relations practice.  We have successfully placed our clients in the pages of national magazines, trade journals, daily newspapers and television shows.  We have an intuitive understanding of what editors and reporters look for and can generate positive media exposure for our clients.  Whether it’s a high impact publicity stunt intended to generate a frenzied word-of-mouth campaign or a business story written for the pages of Harvard Business Review, we can make it, and we can place it.  

Our office is located in Mount Washington and has sweeping views of the Pittsburgh skyline considered one of the top ten views in the country.   As someone once said, “aim for the moon, even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”  Today, her office, her amazing team and all the great clients make Erika feel as if she has indeed landed among stars.
